Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Orders are generally processed within 12 hours and sent to our fulfillment center for preparation.

  • A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your package is shipped, typically within 24 hours of processing.

Shipping Service

We work with leading carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Amazon Logistics to ensure reliable delivery.

Amazon Logistics, via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, may use nearby Amazon warehouses to speed up delivery.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Applies to orders over $45 within the continental U.S.

  • Flat Fee: Orders under $45 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

  • Exceptions: Oversized products and certain categories on our website may be excluded. Additional charges may apply for remote areas and international shipments.

 Shipping Areas

  • Delivery restrictions apply to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories.

  • We also ship to Canada, the U.K., Germany, and EU countries. For full international details, please check our website or contact us.

Shipping Time Frame

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. from the order processing date.

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on stock availability or warehouse location.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear but will not affect delivery speed.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages to reduce risk of damage and optimize delivery. This does not affect free shipping eligibility.

Changes in Shipping Address

  • Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify the shipping address or method.

  • If delivery fails and the package is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered elsewhere, we cannot process a refund. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Taxes & Duties

Sales tax, VAT, or GST will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please:

  1. Check your delivery location or with your building receptionist.

  2. If still missing, contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance.
