Amazon Logistics shipments typically match our delivery time frame estimates. Tracking information may be delayed by a day or two after shipping, which does not affect actual delivery speed.
What is the typical process for returning items?

Include pictures or videos referencing the issue to expedite the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

What should I do if I find a defect in the product?
Should you discover a defect in any Samsers Product, we request that you submit a warranty claim using the 'leave a message' form on the Contact Us page of Samsers website, accompanied by photographic or video evidence, to expedite the resolution process.
Our team aims to process completed claims within 1-3 business days.

Orders
Below are some common questions about our orders
How long does it take to receive the order confirmation email?
Upon placing your order, a confirmation email including your order details will be sent to you. Your order will generally be processed within 24 hours and sent to our fulfillment center for preparation.
How long does it take to receive the tracking number?
A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your package is shipped by our fulfillment center, typically within 24 hours of processing, containing tracking number(s) for your package(s).
How to cancel an order?
For In-Stock Items, Orders are processed within 12 hours and forwarded to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment preparation. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their orders before submission.
What should I do if my package is lost or missing?
If your order is marked as delivered but is missing, first check your delivery location or with your receptionist. If still missing, contact our Customer Service Department immediately for assistance.
