Where is the 2.4G receiver stored?
It's in a slot on the back of the mouse. Easy to store and keep from getting lost.
Is it USB C or Micro USB?
2.4G Receiver is a standard USB-A. Charging cable for the travel keyboard and mouse is USB-C to Type-C.
Will the keyboard and mouse switch devices simultaneously?
The mouse cannot be switched simultaneously with the keyboard.
You will need to switch to the appropriate channel on the back of the mouse depending on which channel the keyboard is connected to.
How do I switch languages on the keyboard?
- Press the key combination to switch to the correct typing language.
- Android system: "shift + space" / "ctrl + space" / other
- Windows system: command + space
- iOS system: ctrl + space
